Janice, I am so sorry to hear about Carl's passing. Just spoke with your mom about both of you earlier this month. 44 years together is an AMAZING journey! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Patti

I met Carl in attendance of the old Union High school, and later renewed friendship with him as a client to my Barber shop until his move to Baker City. I too enjoyed his wit and friendly demeaner. Sincere condolences to the family.

I first met Carl and his brother Bob when I was 5 years old. They were the closest neighbors we had when my folks bought the 10 acre farm. Our relationship continued on even through when Carl and my sister Patty got married. I even helped them when their first baby (Dennis) was born. We spent a lot of time together, working on the farm and riding motorcycles. Unfortune , our relationship drifted away when their marriage fell apart and Carl moved away. Many memories.
