Carl had a great sense of humor and took pride in his "dad jokes" that were so bad they were actually funny. You had no choice but to giggle along with his contagious laugh. Carl had a huge heart that he freely shared with everyone around him. His family and friends meant everything to him. He was generous, sweet, silly, and he always saw the best in people.
Carl will be dearly missed by his wife & best friend of almost 24 years, Candace; daughter, Melissa (Ben) Tibai; son, Joshua; and grandchildren, Noah & Maddie Tibai. He is also survived by his loving sister, Laura (Les) Bolyard, nephews, Tyler (Abby) & Jacob (Marisa), and many cousins that he considered his best buddies. Carl was preceded in death by his father and mother, Carl and Laverne Kulling.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Carl touched are invited to Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 N. Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, to reminisce, grieve, and support one another. A Memorial Service will begin at 3 PM. Luncheon to follow.
Memorials to the American Diabetes Association appreciated.

Dear Candace and family, I'm distressed at the news. Carl was a wonderful person and will be missed in the neighborhood! He always stopped and spoke to Milo and I as we took our daily walks. Please know we are here for you should you need anything at all! It's important to me, that we look out for each other.

So so sorry to hear this news I worked with Karl and his Dad years ago at GFI and they were both great guys and I´m sure they will be missed. My condolences to his family

Carl was a cherished member of our team at WEBER Screwdrivers and one of our best Regional Sales Directors. He made a significant impact on our company and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. He will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on. A donation has been made to the American Diabetes Association, in honor of Carl's memory.
