Carl N. Tibaldi, age 60, of Grand Haven, passed away peacefully at his home, with family by his side on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. He was born on March 12, 1964, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Carl worked at Stone Plastics for the last 25 years as a maintenance technician. He was skilled at his trade and was a great asset to the maintenance crew who will miss his jokes and banter dearly. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved spending his free time at the casino, playing poker at his home, or hanging around a bonfire with cherished friends and family. He absolutely adored his special kitty, Thor.
Survivors include his son, Matthew Olund of Grand Haven Mich.; siblings: Lisa (Ted) Everitt of Grand Rapids, Mich., Kerry Tibaldi Jr. and Cassie (Keith) Ferguson, both of Grand Haven, Mich.; several nieces and nephews; and his mother, Carole (Marland) Cook of Grant, Mich. He was preceded in death by his father, Kerry Paul Tibaldi Sr.
A celebration of life will be held from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2024, at The Grand Hall, 41 Washington (2nd Floor above Porto Bello Restaurant), Grand Haven, Michigan 49417.
