Truly sorry to hear of Carl's passing. Prayers go out to the family. I worked with Carl from 1982 to 2008. He was a good friend and one of the kindest people I met and worked with. We went hunting and fishing and I greatly enjoyed the times I spent with him. I have thought about our too few times together often with fond memories.

My heart was saddened to hear of Carl's passing. We lived next door to each other for several years before we both went in the Army. And although we served in Vietnam at the same time, we didn't see each other again for many years after. I am grateful that we were able to reconnect on social media, and in person several times over the last few years. May Merry Gay, Holly, Carl Jr., and the rest of his family find peace and comfort in the wonderful memories they made together with Carl.
