Carla C. O'Neill (nee Stott), beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away on May 22nd, 2024. She was born Carla Christine Stott on July 28, 1947, in Philadelphia to William and Carlene (nee Koch) Stott. Carla's kindness and caring nature endeared her to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
In professional life, Carla excelled as a Purchasing Agent for Johnson Matthey, a global leader in sustainable technologies. Her dedication and work ethic left a lasting impact on her colleagues and the industry as a whole. She enjoyed her time spent as a snow bird in Jupiter, Florida with her beloved husband Edward.
Carla will be deeply missed by her surviving family, including her daughter Jeanne Marie and her sons Edward J. Jr., Daniel P.; her grandson Kyle O’Neill, her siblings Robert Stott (nee Terri), Mary Finelli, Kathleen Pontecorvo , James Stott; brother in law Jerry O'Neill ( nee Joan) , and Ronald O’Neill as well as other relatives and friends who cherished her presence.
She is now reunited in peace with her husband Edward, siblings William, Charles, John, Stephen, Margaret M., and her parents William and Carlene Stott. Carla's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched with her warmth and generosity.
Carla C. O'Neill's legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire all those who were privileged to have known her.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Thursday evening May 30th, 2024 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 366 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Friday May 31st, 2024 at 11:00am at St. Katharine of Siena Church, 104 S. Aberdeen Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. Interment Private.
