She is survived by her husband Edmund Schott; her five children – Edmund Schott of Bremerton, WA, Anna (Mathew) Burmester of Red Bud, IL; Amanda (Derrik) Bailey of Red Bud, IL; Katie Schott of Red Bud, IL, Kimberly (Robert) Denton of Jacksonville, FL. nine grandchildren – Taylor Schott, Alicia Burmester, Peyton Burmester, Joey Schott, Devon Kramer, Kelvin Bailey. Natalya Schott, Penelope Denton and Sawyer Bailey and eight brothers and sisters – Veronica I. (Alan) Johnson of Battle Creek, MI, Dorothy E. (Herbert) Durbin, Jr, of Scottsdale, AZ, Anna M. Sharp of Battle Creek, MI, Christine Janice (Fred) Sharp of Madison, AL, Nanette A. (Terry) Snyder of St. Rose, IL, Alan C. (Elaine) Kruep of Highland IL, James L. (Twyla) Kruep of Sorento, IL and Charles E. (Carol) Kruep of Okawville, IL.
Memorials: To Family Hospice.
Visitation: 5 – 8 p.m. on Monday April 6, 2026, and 9 – 11 a.m. on Tuesday April 7, 2026, at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in New Athens, IL.
Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday April 7, 2026, at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in New Athens, IL. Burial will follow services at St. Agatha Cemetery in New Athens, IL.
Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home of New Athens is in charge of arrangements.
