Carletta Wells Obituary
Carletta Wells, age 79 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away July 1, 2025 at her residence. Carletta was born November 11, 1945 in McMinnville, Tennessee to the late Carl Mayfield and Dessie Youngblood Mayfield. She was a member of Clinch River Baptist Church. She loved quilting, sewing, and spending time with her grandkids. In addition to her parents, Carletta is preceded in death by her sister: Barbara Clark.

Visitation: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 3, 2025 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel.
Family and Friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 4, 2025 at the Clinch River Cemetery in Lake City.
