Carlin Nastacio

It is with heavy hearts yet profound gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of our beloved Carlin Dean Nastacio, a spirited and talented man known affectionately as father. Born on March 29, 1965, in Denver, Colorado, Carlin's life was rich with laughter, generosity, and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. His playful and lively spirit was as captivating as the drawings he so loved to create, his humor as contagious as his love for rock and roll.
A native of Denver, Carlin had an infectious love for nature and the mountains that surrounded his home. His passion for camping, traveling, and soaking in the beauty of the world made him a true adventurer at heart. Carlin was an individual who lived his life to the fullest, always with a fascinating story to share. His animated tales were as varied as his interests, each one a testament to his unique spirit. As George Bernard Shaw once said, "Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got a hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations." This quote beautifully encapsulates Carlin's approach to life.
Carlin was a loving father, leaving behind four children: Brandon, Carmen, Angel, and Mariah Nastacio, who will forever hold his memory dear. His generosity of spirit extended beyond his immediate family, touching the lives of his grandchildren with whom he always had something special to share. He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry Nastacio and Bessie Lasiloo. But it's not the dates on either end that matters, but the dash between them which represents Carlin's beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and a passion for the arts and nature.
