A Visitation Ceremony will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 11:00 am ~ 12:00 pm, at Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care Life Celebration Suite.
A Funeral Ceremony will commence from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Immediately following the Celebration of Life Ceremony, Carline will be peacefully laid to rest at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, 10941 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL. 33411

Carline a dear coworker of mine for 5 1/2 years. Someone with whom I became acquainted and who was like a Family member in the community of Domestic Violence Administrators, Contract Managers and Social Workers who served the City of NY.
Carline was a woman who was dedicated to the Profession she chose and she served faithfully and timelessly. Carline was a dedicated mother who loved her Family deeply.. and this was known by all who encountered her presence. Although the transition from earth to eternity is inevitable, her departure from earth is quite staggering because Carline is someone whose Spirit shined so brightly wherever you encountered her presence that in this moment it's hard to think of her as the dearly departed.. Carline is someone that you can only envision in the manner that she lived.. A woman of great Faith, a woman full of Life and who was Optimism at its best. A woman who stood for greatness.. . I will never forget Carlene's smile and her gentle spirit
that preceeded her wherever she went. Today I celebrate a Life well lived. I am tempted to say gone to soon but my heart knows she has made her mark and completed her course. Her chapter on earth is now closed and I wanted to stop by to say she will be truly missed but it's a great honor to have met this great Soul. My deepest condolences to the Balan- Clerge Family. Sending Love and Prayers from NYC.
