Carlis Gene Glover, 83, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
He was born on February 26, 1942 in Horse Cave, Kentucky to Ernest and Lola (Campbell) Glover. He is preceded in death by his Father, Ernest Glover, Mother, Lola Glover, Spouse, Ella Lewis, Step-Daughter, Latashia Lewis, Granddaughter, Cierra Lewis, Siblings, Cleta Jones, Zorita Glover, William "Billy" Glover, David Jewell, and Jerry Smith Glover.
Carlis is survived by his loving Daughters, Melinda Whitlow and Brittney Glover, Grandchildren, Patrick Lewis, O'Sheona Lewis, Kh'moni Glover, Kh'mari Glover, Kameren Glover, Great-Granddaughter, C'Leyah Eaton, Sister, Roberta Norwood, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family to cherish his memory forever.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:30 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
