Carlis "Slick" Hall born June 15, 1969 departed this life on Saturday – August 30, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky being 56-years old. Carlis was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Joyce Mullins Hall and the late Kenneth Bill Hall.

Throughout the years Carlis owned and operated Trauma Trucking, Inc. and worked as a heavy equipment operator. He loved spending time with his family, friends and his little dog Toto. Carlis favorite hobbies was collecting hotwheel and tonka trucks, and also enjoyed music and playing the guitar. Carlis was also known as happy go lucky. He loved talking and meeting new people, and being able to put a smile on anyone's face. Carlis was a loving husband, dad, son, brother and papaw.

Carlis "Slick" Hall leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Regina Hall of Chavies; daughter, Chanda Hall of Chavies; step-son, Brandon Watts of Richmond, VA; step-daughter, Denika Jones of Rowdy; three granddaughters, Addie, Trinity, and Wrenley Jones; mother, Joyce Hall of Hazard; three brothers, Kenneth Hall, Robert Hall, and Randy Hall all of Hazard; two special furbabies, Toto and Cruzie; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.
