Carlo Nossardi Obituary
May 19, 2003 - September 16, 2022
Carlo Oreste Nossardi, passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 19.
Carlo was born to Monica and Jason Nossardi on May 19, 2003 in Santa Rosa, California. Growing up, Carlo was an avid soccer player. He spent ten seasons playing for the Santa Rosa United Soccer Club. He also had a great love for riding dirt bikes with his family and friends. One of his favorite places to go riding was throughout the Mendocino National Forest. Carlo loved adventures with family and friends.
Carlo was a recent graduate of Maria Carrillo High School, class of 2021. He attended the Santa Rosa Junior College and was enrolled in their fire technology program. He had the goal of becoming a firefighter and paramedic. Carlo was an extremely independent and motivated individual. He had a big heart, a curious mind, and a spirit for adventure. Carlo did not feel the need to waste words. When he spoke, his message was thoughtful and true.
Carlo is survived by his parents, Monica and Jason Nossardi, sister Laila Nossardi, grandparents; Oreste Nossardi (Arsine), Julia Wilkinson (Philip), and Wendy Swezy, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Carlo's life will be held at the Oakmont East Rec Center on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 1:00 pm.

I was the teaching aid for Carlo´s EMT class this fall. He was amongst the first group I could call my students.
Carlo was an excellent young man, who brought a lot of warmth to our class and his absence is greatly felt. He had a very big heart and would´ve brought many great things to our industry of public safety.
I hope his family can find some comfort in knowing that each of us in Lt. Jacobs-Carpenter´s class will carry his memory forward through our careers in EMS and Fire, and that though he may not physically stand with us at graduation he will be there in our hearts.

Carlo was my EMT student this past semester. I found him to be a very quiet, serious, and dedicated individual in his quest for a career in emergency services. I was Carlo´s teacher when he was in 4th grade, and I remember his face always lighting up the classroom. Carlo not only brightened up my day, but he also shared his smile and kindness with everyone, making him a friend to all. This particular class of children holds a special place in my heart, especially my student, Carlo.
May my deepest condolences surround his family at this most difficult time.
