Carlos Catzin, 89, entered into eternal rest on October 29, 2024 in El Paso, TX. Carlos is preceded in death by his son; Carlos Catzin Jr.; parents, Jose Carmen Catzin and Sabina Hernandez. His siblings, Luis Catzin, Salvador Hernandez and Manuela Catzin. Carlos is survived by his beloved wife, Genoveva Catzin; son, Robert Catzin (Rosa Catzin); daughter, Carmen Marquez (Agustin Marquez). Leaving behind two of his siblings, Maria De Jesus Catzin and Margarita Catzin; along with 6 grandchildren; Kristal Marquez, Andrew Marquez, Victoria Saenz, Orlando Roberto Catzin, Gianna Catzin and Soluna Catzin; who will honor and cherish his memory. Carlos was very loved and will always be missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79936. A Graveside will follow at 11:15 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
