Carlos Rangel, Sr. of Lubbock passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the age of 62. He was born May 9, 1952 in Lubbock to Emilio and Elvia (Gonzales) Rangel. He was self employed as a plumber. Carlos was of the catholic faith and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Elvia and step-father, Ruben Gonzalez;
daughter, Belinda Rangel of Dallas;
son, Carlos Rangel, Jr. of Dallas;
brother, Arturo Gonzalez;
sisters, Elizabeth Gonzalez and
Diana Rangel Guiterrez and husband, Carlos all of Lubbock;
2 grandchildren, Donovan and Briana Anderson;
numerous cousins, nieces and nephews;
also extended family and friends
Carlos was preceded in death by his father, Emilio Rangel.
