Carlos Reyes, aka Charlie, was a joyful and radiant soul who embraced life with open arms and an open heart. He had a gift for making people smile, even in the toughest of times. His presence lit up every room, and his laughter was unforgettable. No matter what life threw his way, he always found a way to stay positive and uplift those around him.

He had a deep love for life, for his family, and for the simple joys that made each day meaningful. He leaves behind two terrific kids with bright futures ahead of them-Cali and Carlos Reyes.

Carlos shared a close bond with his parents, brothers, cousins, nephews, aunts, and uncles-each of whom he loved deeply and wholeheartedly. His ability to connect with people and make them feel loved was truly one of his greatest gifts, which is why they loved him so much in return.

Carlos was passionate about playing and watching baseball from a young age and was a lifelong fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was also a devoted 49ers fan and a lifelong admirer of Kobe Bryant. Whether it was watching a game or talking stats with friends, his love for sports brought him joy and connection. His faith in God grounded him and gave him strength, guiding the way he lived-with compassion, gratitude, and grace.

He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and resilience. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his spirit will live on in the stories we share, the memories we cherish, and the love he gave so freely.

Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing he is at peace, and his light will continue to shine in all of us.
