Born on July 8, 1971, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Carlos was a source of strength and inspiration to those who knew him. He is survived by his father, Moises Torres Rodriguez, and his mother, Emilia Camargo Orengo, who cherished him deeply throughout his life.
