Carmen Adame Diaz

Carmen Adame Diaz, 99, entered into eternal rest on May 21, 2025, in San Benito, Texas, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Irma Adame Gonzalez of San Benito; her cherished niece, Maria De Los Angeles Campos (William); and three dear nephews: Luis Daniel Campos Sanchez, Juan De Dios Campos Sanchez (Mercedes), and Jorge Campos (Jessica). She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Daniel R. Diaz, and her loving parents, Francisco and Rosa Adame.
Carmen was a woman of unwavering faith who dedicated her life to serving the Lord, her church, and her community. She was an active member of the women's ministry "Sweet Delights" and served as a powerful intercessory prayer warrior under Pastor Jose Palma. Carmen's heart for service extended beyond the church walls-she regularly prayed at local schools, lifting up students and teachers in her community.
She was also a joyful member of the church choir under Pastor Escamilla, where her love for singing was an expression of her deep spirituality and devotion.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m., at the Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace in Harlingen. A funeral service will follow on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rudy Garza Funeral Home, with Pastor Monica Sanches officiating. Interment will take place at Mont Meta Memorial Park Cemetery in San Benito, Texas.
Carmen's life was a testament to faith, love, and service. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
