Carmen Dowd Obituary
Born to Angelo and Alvena (Marzelli) Iafrate, she married Thomas J. Dowd whom she shared sixty three years of marriage. They raised their family of five in Bridgewater, their hometown.
She leaves behind her children, Mary (Jeff) O'Neil, S. Yarmouth, MA, Thomas (Margaret) Duxbury, MA, Steven (Pamela) East Bridgewater, MA, Lindsay of Portsmouth, RI, and Elizabeth who predeceased her in death. She also leaves behind her greatest joy; grandchildren Sean, Michael and Michaela, great-grandchildren Ella, Emerson, Carter and Cole and her constant companion, Dusty.
Sister to Roger Iafrate, the late Robert Iafrate and Eleanor Motroni; beloved cousin of Orlando Iafrate.
Visitation on February 22, 2-4pm at Chapman Funerals & Cremations, 98 Bedford Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324 with prayers immediately following.
