Carmen Milagros - Marrero, born on September 15, 1957, in Arroyo, Puerto Rico, passed away suddenly at her home in South Boston, MA, on August 28, 2025. Carmen's life was a testament to her unwavering love for her family and her deep commitment to her passions. She was a devoted caretaker, always willing to help those around her, whether it was nurturing her beloved plants or being a supportive presence to her loved ones.

Carmen was a cherished mother to her son, William "Will" Lopez, and her daughters, Willmarie Lopez and Roseline Lopez. Her family extended beyond her immediate children; she was also a loving grandmother to 9 grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. Carmen was blessed with a large and close-knit family, with 13 brothers and sisters who shared in the warmth and love of her nurturing spirit.

Throughout her life, Carmen found profound solace and community in her faith. She was a valued member of the New Beginnings Church, Funeral Service on Wednesday Sept. 10, 2025 in St. Stephens Church 419 Shawmut Ave. Boston at 11 AM. Visitation with the family from 10 Am to 11 Am at the Church. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Mattapan. www.spencerfuneralservice.com
