Carmen Rancano Obituary
Carmen Ela, known as "Carmelina" to her entire family in Cuba, was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. She excelled in all academic pursuits and was an exemplary scholar. When she was not studying, she would love to read books & magazines of the day, and she was a natural swimmer who spent much of her free time at the beach with her close friends.
She was an extraordinarily devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her love and dedication for her family was unlimited and she will be greatly missed by all of us every day. We know that she is at peace in Heaven with the Lord, and with her beautiful mother and the rest of her beloved family. Until we see her again in Heaven, we will keep her in our hearts and remember her and honor her with love, joy and laughter.
"I have set the Lord always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken." Psalm 16:8
Her family will celebrate her life at 2:00 o'clock, Saturday, June 25th, 2016, in the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2000 Cobb Parkway SE, Marietta, Georgia, 30060. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Rancano will be entombed following the service.
