It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol June Bartlett, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us peacefully on January 14, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on January 30, 1948, in Crane, Texas, Carol was the beloved daughter of Willie and Fleeda Courtney and lived her life surrounded by the warmth of family and friends.
Carol dedicated her life to her family, gracefully embracing the role of homemaker. She took great pride in her home and was known for her incredible cooking and the simple joy of family gatherings. Her warmth and hospitality created an inviting space where memories were made and cherished.
In her earlier years, Carol embraced the entrepreneurial spirit as the owner of a local package store in Crane, Texas. This venture allowed her to connect with her community, reflecting her generous nature and love for those around her.
Carol is survived by her two sons, Jackie Snow, Randy Bartlett, who carry forward her legacy of love. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Bradley Snow, Taylor Sharp, Melissa Bartlett, and Kylee Bartlett, along with five great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Jackie Lee Bartlett, and her three brothers, Gary, Willie and Butch Courtney.
A graveside service will be held in her honor at 2:00pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Crane County Cemetery, where family and friends will gather to celebrate a life well-lived. In the spirit of Carol's love for togetherness, we invite all who knew her to join us in remembering the beautiful moments shared with her.
