Carol Bartucca

Carol L. Bartucca, 87, of Bristol, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025. She was born on April 21, 1938, daughter of the late Salvatore and Esther (Cistulli) Lombardo.

Carol was the loving wife of Alan Bartucca for 53 years. She was an avid camper and enjoyed taking cruises, going to the beach and dancing. She loved her family dearly and will be deeply missed.

Besides her husband, Alan, Carol is survived by daughters: Carylin DeGrand and her husband, David, of Farmington; and Linda Nyari and her husband, Carl, of Wethersfield; son: Gary DeFilippe, Sr.; brother: Sebastian Lombardo and his wife, Beverly, along with two nephews; grandchildren: Brittany, Branden, Maya, Taylor, Tara, Anthony, Nicholas, and Gary Jr.; great-grandchildren: Easton, Sawyer, Theo, Cameron, and a baby girl on the way and "Like a daughter": Michelle Accarpio.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol starting at 10:30AM until a funeral home service that will begin at 11:30AM. Inurnment will follow at The State Veteran Cemetery, 317 Bow lane, Middletown for 1:00PM.
