She was the beloved wife of the late Nicanor Cacicedo, with whom she shared 28 wonderful years of marriage before his passing on October 9, 2015. She also leaves behind a legacy of love in her 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. Carol was predeceased by her sister, Charlotte Eckerson.
A lover of the outdoors, Carol found happiness in camping and cherished her trips to Hampton Beach. Her greatest pleasures in life were the moments spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff at Evergreen Nursing Home for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Carol over the years.
