Carol B. Denzer, 97, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025. She was born October 11, 1927 in Richland Twp., South Dakota to the late Richard and Bertha (Opsahl) Churchill. Carol held various jobs throughout her life including being a home health aide for dialysis patients. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Unit 49 Pequot Lakes, MN and enjoyed knitting, sewing, quilting and crocheting. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Denzer; brothers, Richard, Glenn, Virgil & Alton Churchill; daughter, Cheri Denzer; son-in-law, Eugene Yoho and granddaughter, Erika Forbush. Carol is survived by her daughters, Rosa Yoho and Allyn Kowalski; grandchildren, Todd Smith, Cassandra Stitt, Heather Beichler and Jessica Jenkins; many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Per her wishes cremation has taken place. Carol's ashes will be interred with her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
