In Loving Memory of
Carol Lynn Fleeger
Born: July 26, 1962
Departed: February 22, 2025
Carol Lynn (Webb) Fleeger, 62, of Memphis, TN, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2025, in Judsonia, Arkansas, with her closest friends and family by her side. She was a loving mother, devoted Mimi, and cherished friend who brought warmth and laughter to all who knew her.
Carol was the beloved daughter of Carolyn and Bobby Webb. She is survived by her parents, her children, Lynsey Fleeger and Josh (Jessica) Fleeger; her treasured grandchildren, Easton Lyn, Luke, and Gabi (Mike)-who lovingly called her Mimi; her brothers, Tim (Colleen) Webb and Glenn (Jeanine) Webb; her nephews, Cody (Amanda) Webb and Robert Webb; and her faithful, spoiled dog, Bella.
A proud graduate of Memphis Prep, Class of 1980, Carol built a career in accounting and finance, most recently working at Scott Street Tomato House and Acosta Sales and Marketing.
Carol's greatest joy in life was her family. She loved cooking and grilling, especially for those she loved. She was happiest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren, embracing every moment as a Mimi. She had a passion for travel, especially trips to St. George Island, and never passed up the chance to enjoy good music, Mexican food, and a well-made margarita. An Alabama and Memphis football fan, she cheered her teams on with pride!
A memorial to celebrate Carol's life will be held at Lynsey's home in Memphis, TN on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love, laughter, and warmth she shared.
