ALBANY - Carol Lise (Sevigny) Franchell born April 3, 1948, (parents Robert and Ghislaine (LaBarre) Sevigny), died August 9, 2025, leaving her brother, Richard, his wife; and her sister spirit, Jacquelyn. Grateful for a life of challenging work, continuous education, many serendipitous personal and professional chances and opportunities. She thanks her friends, coworkers and family for appreciating and/or loving her while letting her be who she is. It was a great ride and she loves you back.
