Carol Keller, 81, of Bellefontaine passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Mary Rutan Hospital. She was born in West Mansfield, Ohio on May 28, 1944, to the late Robert Henry and Iola Marie (Butcher) Small. She is also preceded in death by her infant daughter, Beth Renee, her sister, Marcia Thornton and a nephew, Richard Thornton.
She is survived by her children: Tamara Keller and John Michael Keller; sister, Judy Voss, many nieces and nephews; and her cats: Gracie, Ebony, and Pepper whom she loved dearly.
Carol retired from the Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities after 26 years. She loved coloring pictures, scrolling on Facebook and watching the Cleveland Browns.
A funeral service will be held for Carol on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Eichholtz Daring and Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 N Main Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow the service in Greenlawn Cemetery, West Mansfield.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Logan County Cancer Society c/o Mary Rutan Foundations, 205 Palmer Avenue, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
