CAROL E. LINSCOTT, 65 of Union, Maine passed away on February 28, 2026 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. She was born February 8, 1961, in Newport, VT, daughter of Lyle and Golden (Taylor) DeGreenia.

After high school, Carol went on to become a CNA and worked in a nursing home for years as well as at Sweetsers. After meeting her companion, Dickey Gilmore Robbins, they ran a successful seafood sales business, When retired, she loved spending time with family and friends, especially cookouts and gatherings. She enjoyed tending to her many house plants and keeping a nice house.

Carol is survived by her son, Arthur Linscott and companion Sherry of Northport, ME; three grandchildren, Trisha Linscott of Rumford, ME, Ashton Linscott and Zylar Robbins both of Belfast, one great-granddaughter Caroline Linscott of Rumford, ME; two brothers, Walter DeGreenia and wife Gail and Darrell DeGreenia of Union, ME, a sister Cathy Burns of Aiken, SC. Carol was predeceased by her parents; her son "D.J." David Linscott Jr.; siblings Terry and Darren DeGreenia.

A celebration of her life will be held from 1 – 4 p.m. March 14 at the VFW Hall, 292 Razorville Rd., Washington, Maine on March 14, 2026. Memories and condolences may be shared on her tribute wall.
