Carol Ann Love

CAROL ANN LOVE Carol Ann Love, 84, of El Dorado, Kansas, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas. Carol was born on November 8, 1940, in El Dorado to Oliver and Hazel (Garabrandt) Bishop. She graduated from Cassoday High School and went on to attend Butler Community College. On November 21, 1959, Carol was united in marriage to Raleigh "Keith" Love in Denton, Texas. Together, they built a life rooted in love, laughter, and dedication to family. Carol dedicated 44 years of her life to Lakepoint Nursing Home in El Dorado, where she served as Activities Director. In her free time, Carol found great joy in readingespecially books by her favorite author, Diana Palmer. She is survived by her daughters, Judy Palmer and Jana (Steve) Turner; grandchildren, Travis Palmer, Mattea (Jonathan) Crook, Amanda Palmer, and Michael Turner; step-grandchildren, Nathan (Leah) Turner and Natalie Turner; great-granddaughter, Evelyn Crook; her brother, Oliver R. Bishop, and several nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Keith; granddaughter, Amber Palmer; and sister, Ethel Davenport. Friends may gather with Carol's family on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Sunset Lawns Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association in Carol's memory.
