Carol Nordstrand, age 82 of Hudson passed away Sunday September 14, 2025.
She was proud to be an eastsider of St. Paul and a graduate of Johnson High School.
Carol shared many fond memories with her loved ones. She made her home with Dennis on the shore of the St. Croix River where they enjoyed the scenic views and boating on the river with family. They took many family trips: skiing in Colorado, time on Gull Lake golfing & boating, visiting Hawaii and Florida.
Carol will be deeply missed by her children Kathryn (George) Moothedan, Kristin (Kraig) Klund, Scott (Claire) Nordstrand, Barry (Carmen) Nordstrand; grandchildren Brianna, Erin, David, Asha, Rajan, Anjali, Anika, Vince, Everett; great-grandchildren; brothers Robert (Terrie) Shattuck, Paul Shattuck, nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis, his son Bradley, her parents Harold & Orpha, and brother Peter.
Visitation 4-6 PM Sunday September 21 at O’Connell Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St. Hudson. Visitation 2-3 PM with 3 PM Funeral Service Monday September 22 at First Presbyterian Church, 6201 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater. The funeral will be livestreamed here
