Carol enjoyed gardening and nature. Her family and friends will always remember her as a very caring, wonderful person who was willing to help anyone.
She is survived by her beloved soulmate, Larry Olmstead, her son Robert McCarthy his wife Courtney and their son Connor, her stepsons, Ryan Provinzano, his wife Holli, and their children Brooke and Keirsten, Jason Provinzano, his wife Kathy and their child, Sophia, her sister, Gail Wasylyk and her partner, Billy Wulfort, nieces and nephews Tammy (Brian) Wellman, Tina (Pete) Ioppolo, Carrie (Mike) Moran, James (Stephanie) Wasylyk and Rebecca (Mike) Krotulski, cousins Russell Butler and Barry Johnson, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
