With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Carol M. (nee Huber) Seestedt. Carol, born on July 15, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio, radiated warmth and kindness throughout her journey. She passed away on September 2, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love and compassion.
Carol, a proud resident of Cincinnati, was a dedicated Dental Assistant who touched the lives of many with her caring nature. Beloved wife of the late Ted R. Seestedt. Devoted mother of Scott (Katrina) Seestedt, Tim Seestedt and Tammy (Mike) Hoffman. Loving grandmother of Mallory Mireles, Meagan (Kevin) Sprouse, Drew (Maria) Hoffman, Mikayla Seestedt, Ashley Hoffman and Scotty Seestedt. Great grandmother of Jacob, Bronson, Kiley, Braddox, Lily, Ava, Audrey, Cecilia and Hayden. Preceded in death by one brother Carl. Her family was her pride and joy, a testament to the love she shared with the world.
Known for her love of bowling and the joy she found in gardening, Carol had a passion for watching her beloved Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. Cheering on her home teams brought her immense joy and connected her to her community.
As we prepare to bid her farewell, we invite all who knew and loved Carol to join us in celebrating her life. The Funeral Service will be held at the Frederick Funeral Home on September 9, 2024, at 1:30 pm and prior to the funeral service there will be a visitation starting at 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Carol's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her spirit soar free, and may we find solace in the beautiful memories she leaves behind. Special condolences may be made at frederickfh.com

I met Carol when we were Freshmen at Mt. Healthy High. She sat behind me in Homeroom. We kept in touch over the years. Carol was such a nice, warm lady. I am so sorry you have lost her but know you have many good memories of her love for your families.
