Dr. Sullivan worked at the Dundalk Community College of Baltimore for many years as an administrative leader, and she held the position of Campus Dean during the latter part of her distinguished professional career. Carol was a longtime member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church since 1973. In between spending time with her family and a career she was proud of, she made time for gardening, reading, and Fox News.

Carol is survived by sons and daughters-in-law Kevin Sullivan, Timothy and Michele Sullivan and Sean and Mary Sullivan; grandchildren Haile Neuhauser, Madison Harris, Sophia, Scarlett, Sean, Claire and Ryan Sullivan. The service remembering Carol was so lovely today. I heard so many stories from her over the years about her grandchildren . To see them standing up today and remembering the special bonds they shared with her was so beautiful. Carol was as strong and smart as she was huge hearted and it was a blessing to know her and love her . May she forever rest in peace with your dad
