Carole was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Abraham and Wilma (Dailey) Dent. She grew up and attended school in Perry. Carole made her home in Perry and began working in custodial care at different locations while raising her family. She spent the last 20 years at the 7 Clans Casino here in Perry. She loved that little place. She enjoyed visiting with all her patron friends. She was very proud of her native heritage and being a member of the Otoe-Misouria Tribe. Her Chieftonship goes back to the late Hoke Dent who was Carole's great-grandfather. She will surely be missed.
Besides working, Carole enjoyed playing bingo, various card games, working puzzles, visiting other casinos, and even a little dancing at times. She loved her family very much. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life.
Survivors include her daughter, Kim Dent of Perry; three granddaughters, Cedar, Skyler, and Madolyn; one great-grandson, Jaxton; five siblings, Rhoda Dent of Ponca City, Henrietta Lane of Red Rock, Edith Habibi of Enid, Abraham Dent, Jr and wife Debbie of Pawnee, and Dana Dent of Red Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ynes (Bito) Aguero; and great-grandson, Xander Crouch.
