Carole Anne Allen, 44, passed away at home on January 7, 2024. Carole was born on December 2, 1979, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was loved and adored by her large family.
Carole was a longtime cosmetologist who delighted in making her family and friends look their best. She worked mainly at the Platinum Pear Salon near Trader’s Point.
More than that though, Carole loved life and all the people in it. She never met a stranger and could make anyone feel welcome in her chair. When she wasn’t at work, she enjoyed planting and tending to her flowers, making jewelry, or listening to nearly any genre of music. She loved being outdoors and took any opportunity to go to the beach.
Carole is survived by her 3 beautiful children: Alayna Allen, Daryana Allen, and Liam Allen.
In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions can be made for the memorial fund to Lori Rice (sister).
Visitation will be held on January 27, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park (9350 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229) from 12 pm – 4 pm with Memorial Services to follow at 4 pm.”
