Carole I. Hoffman

Carole I. Hoffman, 89, of Allentown, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Paul A. Hoffman, Jr. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Irene (Williams) Patterson. Carole was a graduate of Girls HS in Philadelphia and received her bachelor's degree from West Chester State Teachers College. She was an elementary school teacher in the Allentown Scholl District for 30 years before retiring. She primarily taught social studies, music and art and was involved with the William Allen HS Band Parents. Carole was a member and former secretary of the Allentown Federation of Teachers. She was an actress and participated at MUNOPCO, PA Playhouse, Guthsville Playhouse, Civic Theatre, Percy Brown's Dinner Theatre and Shepherd Hills Dinner Theatre. Carole was a member of Asbury U.M. Church, Allentown, where she was involved with Asbury In Missions.

Survivors: Sons: David M. Hoffman (Petra) of Orefield, Daniel T. Hoffman of Neffs; Grandchildren: Rebekah (Josh), Thomas (Abby), Adam (Amanda); Great-grandchildren: Madeline, Caleb; Brother: Thomas J. Patterson (Tanya) of Plantation, FL.
