It is with great sadness that the family of Carole Ann Signore, 80, announce her passing peacefully on March 2, 2025. She was a longtime resident of the Southwest side of Chicago (Garfield Ridge neighborhood).
Beloved daughter of the late Anthony Signore and late Geraldine Ferrara and beloved stepdaughter of Ann Colletti. Loving mother of Felicia (Bryan) Meadows, the late Thomas Czuprynski and David (Victoria) Czuprynski. Cherished Nana to Kaitlyn (Michael) Helgeson, Michael Krelwitz, AnnaGrace Krelwitz, Benjamin Czuprynski and Jude Meadows and a loving Grandnana to one as well. Dearest sister of Ronald (Mari) Signore. Dear aunt and friend to so many others.
She was known for her kind heart and always being willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. She had an infectious laugh and wicked sense of humor. She was a die hard Chicago Bears, Blackhawks and Bulls fan. Her parish, St Symphorosa became her second family. She devoted her life to being a cantor and being active in the church whether in Symbadors, attending CHRP or helping out as needed. She loved to act and sing and adored her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be at St. Symphorosa (Two Holy Martyrs Parish) on Saturday, March 29th at 10-11am with the funeral mass immediately following at 11am. Cremation has taken place in accordance with her wishes.
