Carolina Hargraves, a beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, at the age of 55. Born on December 4, 1970, Carolina touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and devotion to her family.
Carolina's life was characterized by her warmth and her deep love for those around her. She shared a joyful and fulfilling partnership with her husband, Chad Gardner. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and mutual support. Carolina cherished every moment with Chad.
Her spirit shone most brightly through her passions. A lover of reading, Carolina found solace and joy in the written word. She had an endearing fondness for Snoopy and Charlie Brown. Carolina also enjoyed tending to her vegetable garden and flowers, where her nurturing heart flourished as she nurtured both plants and relationships.
Carolina is survived by her dear siblings, Dolores (Lloyd Wells) Berg, Janice (Rick) Daulton, and Rebecca (David) Richards. She is also mourned by her brother-in-law, Marvin (Tonya) Gardner, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who held a very special place in her heart.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, James and Erna Hargraves, and her brother, Benny Hargraves. Carolina is also preceded by her two American Eskimo puppies, Nikoli and Serena, who were her cherished companions.
As we remember Carolina, we celebrate the gentle spirit she brought into this world and the profound impact she had on all who knew her. Her legacy of love, generosity, and kindness will forever resonate in the hearts of her family and friends.
