Caroline is survived by her son Derek (Christina) Zinn; grandchildren Keenan, Tyler Zinn, Rayann Zinn, Makayla Golliver and Madison Golliver; siblings, Sherry (Dave) Kyle, Clare Smith, Jeanette Smith, Laurie (Bob) Clark, nieces and nephews, good friend Denny; and cats, Dozer Vincent, Parker James, Sunny Blue and Big Jake. She is preceded in death by her husband, Keith Hammar; son Lucas Zinn, parents and step mother, Alice and brother, Charles Smith.
The family would like to thank the staff at MyMichigan Medical Center Midland and the Toni and Trish House for taking such great care of Caroline.
At Caroline's request cremation has been arranged with a celebration of life at a later date.
