Caroline J. Pierno

Caroline J. Pierno, 86 of Hatboro formerly of Philadelphia passed away on November 15, 2019. Loving daughter of the late Antonio and Giovina Pierno. Dear sister of Nicholas Pierno (Victoria), Rita Pierno and the late Anna & George Hahn, Rose & George Shirley and Anthony Pierno. Also survived by her nephews/nieces George (Lois) Shirley, Joseph Shirley, Joanne Shirley and the late Pamela Dayalan. And her great nieces Rosanna and Danielle Korejko. Caroline was an incredibly sweet woman, who saw the good in everyone. She was the daughter of immigrants, worked for Dupont, the Bellevue Stratford Hotel (even when the Kellys had an affair there for Grace and her fiance), and for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas until she retired in 1995. Caroline was a die hard EAGLES fan and enjoyed reading books. She loved her family and friends but her greatest joy were her two great nieces, who meant they world to her. Relatives and friends are invited to Caroline's Life Celebration Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 10:00am to 11:00am at St John Bosco Church, 215 E. County Line Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040 Followed by her Memorial Mass at 11:00am. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers donations in Caroline's memory may be made to St Jude Children Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or to St John Bosco Church. Life Celebration services entrusted to John F.
