Carolyn Buzzard Obituary
Carolyn passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, September 15, 2025 in Bay City at the age of 84. She was born on March 18, 1941 to the late Vern and Genevieve (Cooper) Reynolds in Gilford Township, Michigan. She loved her home, decorating, gardening and shopping with her daughters. She was such a beautiful classy lady, who was meticulous about everything and will be missed by many.
Carolyn is survived by her loving companion, Bill Herrera; three daughters, Kelly (Don) Jezowski, Lori Meyer (Jamie Faustin) and Cary (Terry) Doherty; grandchildren, Hunter Jezowski and Sommer Jezowski; sisters, Marge (Jerry) Kilbourn, Jackie (Jerry) Heronemous and Marilyn (Ron) Morel; close family friend, Gary Meyer and several other family friends, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russ Buzzard; daughter, Shelly Bernelis and brother, Richard Reynolds.
Carolyn’s family will be present to receive visitors at Gephart Funeral Home on Sunday, September, 21, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a short Prayer service being held at 7:00 p.m. A private interment will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn’s name to the American Cancer Society.
