Carolyn Sue Davis

Carolyn Sue Davis, age 80, passed away on April 29, 2025 in Sherwood, Arkansas. She was born on October 15, 1944 in Damascus, Arkansas to the late Sherman and Settie Broughs Spivy.
Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, She had retired from Essick Air Products after 40 years of continuous service and was loved by everyone she met. Her pride and joy were her granddaughters Brittney and Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Davis, her parents, Sherman and Settie Broughs Spivy, a brother Troy Spivy, 3 sisters Audie Forbis, Odelle Poole, and Sharon Kay Minton.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Watson and her husband Luke. 2 granddaughters Brittney (Leighton) of Springdale, Arkansas and Taylor (Nick) of St.Petersburg, Florida, 2 sisters Ozelle Henthorne of Little Rock, Arkansas and Gerita Kennedy (Eddie) of Quitman, Arkansas, and numerous friends and family.

Services will be held at Olmstead Funeral Home Chapel 601 W. Main Street, Heber Springs, Arkansas 72543, by Rev. Kenneth Rolland at 2 pm Saturday May 3, 2025 with interment following at South Crossroads Cemetery, Pallbearers will be Gary Davis, Gary Forbis, Tommy Henthorne, Charlie Hudson, Larry Hurley, and Jason Swartz.
