Carolyn M. Hallisey

Carolyn M. (McMahon) Hallisey, 89, of Middleboro, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late John J. Hallisey.
Born in Brockton on July 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary McMahon.
Carolyn loved gardening, sewing, and her dogs and horses at the farm at Brooks Place, West Bridgewater. She also loved spending time at Parkwood Beach in Wareham and was quite active in her church.
Carolyn is survived by John M. Hallisey and Anne M. Hallisey of Middleboro, Denise Anne Bailey of Fall River, and Janet Stevens of Middleboro. She was the grandmother of Colleen Simmons, Jennifer Perry, and Michael Sullivan; and great-grandmother of four. She is predeceased by her daughter Suzanne Marie Sullivan of Texas and brother Joseph McMahon of New York.
She will be laid to rest along with her daughter Suzanne on Friday, October 24th at 10:30 AM in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
