Carolyn Ann Jones

JONES – Carolyn Ann (Craig) Jones, age 83, of Toccoa, Georgia, passed away March 28th, 2026. A Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Friday, April 3rd, 2026, at 11:00AM with Pastor Aaron Dougherty officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service. Carolyn found joy in crafting of all kinds. Whether she was knitting, painting, or starting a new project, she had a rare gift for taking something simple and turning it into something beautiful. She possessed a lifelong deep-seated love for horses. She admired their strength and grace, finding a unique peace in their presence. She loved to travel, but for her, the "where" was always secondary to the "who." Her favorite views weren't just the landscapes she visited, but the faces of her family members as they explored together. Above all, Carolyn loved her family. She was a beloved mother, wife, sister, and grandmother, who was devoted to her family more than anything else in life. Carolyn will deeply be missed. Carolyn is preceded in death by her loving husband, Clyde Jones; her parents, Clarence & Jeweldean (Castleberry) Craig; and brother, Robert Craig. She is survived by her children, Linda (Mike) Augenstein, David (Silvia) Jones, Susan (Travis Forrester) Coffman, Jeff Jones, and Frank (Holly) Bell; siblings, Mary Knight, Shirley (Hoyt) Dean, Clifford Craig, and Paul (Dianne) Craig, with many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
