I´m so very sorry to get a call today to learn that Carolyn had passed away. I hired Carolyn when I was first at Adecco, and brought her with us when I moved over to the Medical and Science division.

Besides just being exceptionally talented, Carolyn was truly motivated by doing a great job not just for both the clients and candidates she represented, but also her colleagues.

The world is a bit less sweet today.

I remember a conversation with Care-bear where we discussed how much we missed our beloved pets who had passed over the rainbow bridge. It makes me happy to think she is now reunited with her sweet puppy again <3. I have never had a co-worker with as much passion and heart as Care-bear and she is deeply missed.

Man this news was so hard to take. I've known Carolyn for about 35 years. I remember meeting her at a Red Robin in Tukwila. Her stunning blue eyes, her amazing smile, and yes that laugh. Her attitude and personality would light up an entire room. Her positivity and outlook on life was so infectious. I'm so glad that I got to spend time in my life with this amazing friend. One of my most memorable times was on the roof of her apartment building when she lived in Belltown on 4th of July. We sat on the roof with the Space Needle so close it felt like we could touch it. She was all about living, experiencing things. She always talked so wonderfully about her children. She was a hard worker and put everything she had into her jobs. I got to meet her sisters and they were all wonderful also. I Can Only Imagine them all growing up together in the same town. I'm sure everybody talked about them in wonderful ways. Carolyn was always so helpful to other people. She was kind, and she always smiled at everybody and was so polite. I learned about her death a few days after my mom passed away. It was a hard week to say the least. She will be missed by so many that loved her. And if you knew Carolyn you definitely loved her and she loved you right back. We spent many evenings on the phone when we lived apart and not in the Seattle area, we would spend a lot of time on the phone talking about books and videos that worked on your inner self and how to become better people, how to become better partners, better parents. Her mind was expansive to say the least. Her soul and individuality stood out like no other person I ever met. She definitely got her wings when she got to Heaven I have no doubt about that. Bye for now my friend I'm sure we will meet at another place in another time in another life. I love you with all my heart.

I am here sister - that is what I kept telling Carolyn as we spent her last days together. It broke my heart to think of all the things she still wanted to do and all the people she still wanted to help but would not be able to. She told me one of her biggest goals was to bring as many people to heaven with her as she could. She was always the one brimming with excitement. She had a way about her of wrapping you up in her enthusiasm about something she was passionate about, and before you knew it you were swept up with her and ready to go for it even if you had no idea what it was you were going. I will miss our road trips being silly together, and our marathon phone conversations where we had to save the world before we could hang up and say goodnight. I will miss all the music, laughter, and being called in the middle of the night because she was out dancing and one of our favorite songs was being played so she had to share it with me. Every time I heard that song, I Can Only Imagine, I knew she would be the one dancing for Jesus and chattering up a storm, while I imagined I would probably be the one standing still in awe not able to speak at all. I know she is up with Jesus now, and probably still talking his ears off, and he is just smiling in love because she is such a joyful treasure. We love you sister - be at peace.

My dearest sister - it's just way too soon, but I can hear your laughter thundering from heaven! And I bet you are talking so fast and nonstop that even the angels are having a hard time keeping up! You will be so dearly missed - from your cool glasses, perfect nails, words of wisdom, beautiful smile, and very special style! You have been such a blessing to me and to many! Love you, sister!
