The entire Horn family has been part of my family for decades. Carol has WALKED into the Kingdom of Heaven free of medicine and pain. Carol lived a long life filled with strength,courage and joy. Her offsprings, siblings, life long friends has such fond memories of Carol that will live in our heart forever.
