Carolyn Tomassi Obituary
Carolyn worked several jobs for many years before retiring.
Carolyn was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-mother. She was also an animal lover, and cherished her dog, Ginger.
Carolyn is survived by three children, Joanna Tomassi, Gina Tomassi, and John Tomassi (Jackie); a brother, Paul Farino; eleven grandchildren, including a special grandson, Isaiah Tomassi, and three precious great-grandchildren, Josell, Jaylee, and Javani; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, David and Louis Farino.
Family and friends are invited to call at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome NY 13440, on Wednesday, July 16th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a graveside service to follow at 1:30 p.m. at St. John's Cemetery.

I miss you Grandma. There is Not a day goes by where I don´t think of you. It seems that lately I don´t want to feel like you´re really gone, but I know you´re not in pain anymore but it does not get any easier for me if I were to be honest. I really have been missing you a lot lately, Ginger misses you as well. We were your two little girls. We will always be your girls. I know that you named me "Kayla Rose". I love you my girl.

I was so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. Even though we had not seen each other since we were children, I remember Carolyn as a quiet person,
with a very gentle soul. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were blessed to have her in their lives.

Grandma, I want you back.
But i do have to remember, that your not in pain anymore.
A big piece of my heart is broken forever. You are not only my grandmother but you have been like a mother to me my whole life.
You would do anything for your Grandchildren. I love you Grandma forever & always. Rip and give Granny a big hug & kiss for me.
