Carroll Griffiths, 81, of El Campo, Texas, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, in Houston. Born in Pryor, Oklahoma, on August 30, 1944, to James and Ruby Garton. She graduated, with honors, from Oklahoma State University with a degree in interior design. Carroll was a nationally recognized quilter and enjoyed sharing her passion with others. She was an active member of the local DAR chapter, the quilt guild and volunteered at The Boys and Girls Club.
She is proceeded in death by her parents; sister, Janet Broding; and son, James Griffiths.
She is survived by her husband, William J. Griffiths, III, MD; son, William J. Griffiths, IV; grandchildren, Anwen Griffiths, Ariel Griffiths, and Parker Griffiths.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
