Silenced where your laughter used to swim.
Your heart was kind, a gentle, helping hand,
The truest, warmest man across the land.
I see the world through skies where airplanes soar,
Remembering the journeys we took, and wanted more.
The happy bark of your dogs, a loyal, constant sound,
A love you gave to every friend you found.
I miss your smile, your song, your easy grace,
A gentle echo holds your cherished place.

My sincerest condolences to the Burford family. I have known Carvell since high school and have been good friends down through the years. We lost contact the last couple of years but he will forever be my good friend and brother.
