Casimie Joseph St. Germaine, "CJ", 90, passed away surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was a native of Napoleonville, LA and a resident of Houma, LA.
Family and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Houma, LA on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 9:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 11:00am with burial taking place after services in Terrebonne Memorial Park.
CJ is survived by his loving family; his wife of twenty five years; Donna St. Germaine; children, Charmaine Autin (Kearney), Sandra Halverson and companion C.J. Raffray, Marlene Chiasson (Perry), Kenneth St. Germaine Sr. (Becky), Glenn St. Germaine (Jeanice); step-children, Debbie Chauvin (Kerry), Risley St. Germain (Monique); grandchildren, Lance Corporal Michael Halverson, Jenni Voisin, Michelle Finney, Lauren Molaison, Major Kenneth St. Germaine Jr., Sergeant First Class Ryan Chiasson, Christopher Chiasson, Corey St. Germaine, Matt St. Germaine, Marcie LaBauve; step-grandchildren, Stephen St. Germain, Lorie St. Germain. Cammie Leal, Caleb St. Germain, Brittany Lejeune, Misty Theriot, Shayne Magee, Nicholas St. Germain, Riz St. Germain Jr., Ryan St. Germain, Tyler St. Germain, Sydney St. Germain; 26 great-grandchildren, 16 step-great grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
CJ is preceded by his first wife and mother of his children, Rosalie Boudreaux St. Germaine; step-children, Richard St. Germain, Pamela Barient, Randy St. Germain, step-grandchild Brandy Lejeune; brothers, Louis, Norman (Cadie), Homer, Bernard (Chick), Maurice, John, Raymond, Lynn; sisters, Louise Baldwin, Ouida LeBlanc, Alverda (Al) Hernandez, Therese Falterman.
CJ loved his music, Marines, dancing and his family.
CJ was a purple heart recipient from being wounded in the Korean Conflict while serving with the United States Marine Corps.
